Who we are

Cash Property Offers is owned by Ben Lovro, a Lexington, SC real estate investor. We buy houses for our own account as a principal buyer — we are not a real estate brokerage, and we don't list houses for sale.

Ben also builds REI Boss, an operating system for real estate investors, and Cash Property Offers is part of the Ben Lovro family of companies.

How we work

You tell us about the house, we put a written cash offer in front of you, and if you accept, we close at a local title company on the date you choose. There are no commissions, no fees, and no repairs. If listing with an agent would net you more, we'll tell you.
